Customers open your portal and verify access with a code sent to their order email before submitting an item, reason and evidence. Your team reviews the published rule results and makes the decision.
You can approve or decline manually, use optional AI advice within the allowance and upload a carrier-prepared return-label PDF. The app works independently of FulfillRelay supplier routing.

Prices are USD per month. The plan allowance counts return cases; optional AI reviews have their own equal-sized allowance. Labels and carrier postage are separate.

A first request, with a person making each decision
Illustrative workflow: a customer verifies their order email and submits a request with photos. You inspect the reason, evidence and rule result, then approve or decline. If approved, handle return shipping and record receipt of the item. Review and confirm any refund separately.
An AI suggestion is advisory. A rule result or an approved return does not itself prove that money has been refunded.
When to start here, and when to compare alternatives
Start here if you need a focused verified portal and case review for low volume. Move to a paid plan when your monthly allowance needs increase.
If you need an exchange-led retention program, store credit or a particular carrier integration, compare those requirements directly before choosing a tool. The free plan is not unlimited returns or free shipping.
