Do I need both apps?

No. Install either app on its own. FulfillRelay also includes customer returns within plan limits, so retailers who route supplier orders do not need a separate returns app to start. Compare the apps.

Will my suppliers need to change how they work?

Both stores install FulfillRelay and confirm the connection. Your supplier approves the exact products and prices, then accepts and fulfills orders in its own Shopify store. Supplier Connect is free. Each business keeps its own access.

Does AI decide my returns?

No. AI suggestions in FulfillRelay Returns are optional. You review the evidence against your rules, approve or decline each case yourself and explicitly confirm any Shopify refund.

What does it cost to start?
