What your supplier does

    Install FulfillRelay on the supplier Shopify store and confirm your retailer relationship. Each business keeps separate access.

  2. Confirm the exact items

    Approve each mapping against their own catalog variants. Their store provides the supplier price and currency.

  3. Accept and fulfill

    Receive the ready order lines, accept or reject the work, and fulfill from their own Shopify order records.

What suppliers ask first.

What does it cost me?
Supplier Connect is free. Supplier Pro is an optional $19 USD per month plan with additional features. Your retailer chooses a separate retailer plan, and each business manages its own app subscription in Shopify.
Does the retailer get into my Shopify admin?
No. A shared staff login is not needed. Each business works from its own store, and the connection shares the order and workflow information that relationship needs.
Who sets the price?
You do. You approve each retailer item against your own catalog variants, and your store provides the supplier price and currency. Unmatched items are not sent to you.
How do I get paid for the products?
The retailer pays through your Shopify checkout. FulfillRelay records payment evidence for the orders it covers. It does not hold money or card details.
Does this bring me new retailers?
No. FulfillRelay coordinates the relationship you already have. It does not promise new retailers or buy your stock.
Can I turn an order down?
Yes. You can accept or reject the work, then fulfill from your own Shopify order records. Tracking saved in Shopify goes back to the retailer.

You install FulfillRelay on your own store and pick a retailer plan. Retailer plans start at $49 USD per month with a 14-day free trial, subject to Shopify eligibility. Billing runs through Shopify.
