Retailer plans start at $49 USD per month. Supplier Connect is free; Supplier Pro is an optional $19 USD per month plan. Each business manages its own app subscription in Shopify. Final availability and billing terms appear in Shopify.

Product purchases are separate from the software subscription. The retailer pays through the supplier’s Shopify checkout. FulfillRelay records the payment evidence for the orders it covers; it does not hold your money or card details.

It stays visible as an item that needs attention. It is not sent to a supplier until the required connection, exact mapping, payment and plan conditions are satisfied.

No shared staff login is needed. Each business works from its own store, and the connection shares the order and workflow information needed for that relationship.

One approved, paid retailer order line appears as the correct order in the supplier’s Shopify store. Then follow that same order until fulfillment tracking appears back on the original retailer order.

FulfillRelay Returns is a separate app for managing your own store’s customer returns, with a free plan on the Shopify App Store. It does not require a supplier connection or the main FulfillRelay app.

No. AI evidence reviews are advisory. Retailer and supplier decisions, refund actions and label purchases remain under human control. Feature availability depends on the app, plan and configuration.
