Email support@fulfillrelay.com. Include your Shopify store domain and the FulfillRelay order, open item, return, or payment-batch reference involved.
Protect account information
Never email passwords, verification codes, card numbers, Shopify access tokens, API secrets, or customer identity documents. Support will not ask you to mark a payment as paid outside Shopify.
Supplier access
Suppliers can request a secure sign-in link from the supplier sign-in page. Retailers can issue a new invitation from the Suppliers page if a relationship has not been activated yet.
